For SLPs, OTs, resource teachers and case managers
Type the minutes. Get the week.
For school speech therapists, special education teachers and related service providers: type each student's weekly or monthly service minutes, your own blocks and the class blocks to avoid, and get a weekly pull-out schedule that names anyone still short. Student initials stay in this browser.
Initials only. Nothing leaves your browser.

How it works
- Set up your week. Your days, start and end times, and the blocks you are never free: lunch, meetings, and travel between buildings.
- Add your teachers. For each homeroom, the blocks a student cannot be pulled from, such as math, ELA, specials, lunch and recess, and the ones to avoid if possible.
- Add your students. Minutes per week or per month, session length, sessions per week, the days that work, group size, and who they may or may never be grouped with.
- Build the schedule. The solver places every session it can, spreads them across the week, groups by grade where it can, and lists anything it could not place with the reason.
