What stays free?
A full schedule for up to 8 students, forever: the solver, the week grid with drag and keyboard moves and live conflict checks, the minutes report, the student schedule slips and the provider week sheet, all printable, plus JSON export and import of everything you enter, the guide and the FAQ. No account is needed and nothing you type leaves your browser.
What does Premium add?
Caseloads larger than 8 students, more than 1 saved scenario so you can keep a fall schedule and a January redo side by side, CSV export of the whole week, and a printable pull-out sheet for every homeroom teacher.
Is the scheduling different in Premium?
No. The solver, its rules and its reasons are the same for everyone. Premium raises the caseload and scenario limits and adds two outputs. It changes no placement.
What happens if I import a file with several scenarios on the free plan?
Everything in the file is kept. The scenario that was open in the file stays editable, and the others open read-only: you can view, print and export them, and Premium makes them editable again. Nothing is deleted.
How is my access stored?
Purchases are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. An anonymous purchase id is kept in this browser so MinuteGrid recognises your Premium on this device. Your caseload is never sent to either of them. Keep your receipt email for recovery.
I bought Premium on another browser or computer. How do I get it here?
Open the restore page and paste the access code shown on this Premium page, or the one from your receipt. Premium moves to this browser instantly. Your caseload moves separately: export it as a file on the old browser and import it here.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Yes. The weekly and yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; lifetime is a one time payment. Refunds are covered by the Refunds section of the terms of use, which is the one place the refund window is stated.
Lost your access code?
Your code is shown on this page whenever you have Premium here, and it is in your purchase receipt email. If you cannot find it, reply to your receipt email from the address you paid with, and access can be recovered from there.
